Submissions

Fanfiction

1. It must be your work, if I find out you've stolen someone else's fic I will take it down and contact the author, leaving you at their mercy.
2. No excessive swearing in any language! Especially the "f" word. Occasional swearing is ok, but please be realistic! I've come across several fics with good stories that were ruined by excessive swearing.
3. Excessive bad spelling. All you have to do to avoid this is use spell check.
4. Poor editing. By this I mean no capitalization or punctuation. I don't have the time to edit.
5. No character bashing! You all know what I'm talking about.
6. By all that's holy, NO CYOAs!!!
7. If sending a lemon: No incest!! (Note: I will make exceptions to this on occasion, please email me and ask if you're not sure.)

Submissions must be sent as either a text (txt) or html file and must include the following information:

Author Name:
Title:
Rating:
Warnings:
Genre:
Summary:

Pairings and Email optional.

If I decide not to post what you've sent, I will email you with a reason why. You can always make changes and send it again!

Fanart

1. It must be your own art. Tracing does not count!
2. Put your name and picture title in your email
3. Please put some sort of description in your email so I know what I'm getting before I open it.
4. If you send hentai, yaoi or yuri art, please put a warning or something in your email so I know beforehand. Also give some warning as to how graphic it is. (I.E.~ how much is showing. Whether it's consensual or not.)
5. No incest!! (Note: I will make exceptions to this on occasion, please email me and ask if you're not sure.)
6. If you have a DeviantArt, y!hosting, or similar account and would like to use them as your archive source, (see my gallery for an example) the previous rules still apply. However, you may send the link(s) to your art or gallery instead of the actual image(s).

Submissions must be sent in either JPEG, GIF, or PNG format. Also, they must be sent as attachments. Embedded pics are a pain in the neck to save to my computer. If you have AOL for your email server you must send pics in compressed winZip form. Otherwise I cannot save your pics to my computer. Also tell me whether or not you want me to put your email address up with your art or not.

Wallpaper & Icons

1. It must be your work. In other words, you took the time to put it together in the image manipulator of your choice.
2. If using fanart, it must be YOUR ARTWORK! This includes Japanese fanart! Just because you can't read the language, doesn't mean you can take their art without permission! If you try and claim someone else's art I WILL turn your email address over to the artist you've stolen from. (And I speak enough Japanese to get the message through)

Cosplay

1. Pictures must be of you, or ones that you have taken. Don't send me pictures from someone else's site!
2. Put your name and the character name in the email so I know who is who.
3. Convention name/year or other event name are nice but not required.

Anime Music Videos (AMVs)

1. Videos must be your work. Don't send me an AMV you didn't make.
2. Put your name, the song name & artist, and the AMV name in the email.
3. If you have a YouTube or similar account and would like to use them as your archive source, the previous rules still apply. However, you may send the link(s) to your video or account instead of the actual video(s).

Emailed submissions must be under 5 MB in size. Anything larger must be sent in compressed Winzip form. The compressed form cannot be over 5MB in size either. My server will not accept uploads larger than 5 MB. This does not apply to submissions with outside archive sources.
