A cheerful and energetic girl,
Anzu is definitely the spirit of the group. Straight-forward and determined, she
puts her whole being into accomplishing her goals, and is often the voice of common sense
amongst the four. Anzu has been Yugi's friend since grade school and for a long
time, was the only person who would stand up for him. Happy he has more friends, she
still makes time for just the two of them to hang out, but their closeness keeps her
oblivious to his crush on her! Anzu dreams of dancing on stage on Broadway, even
going so far as to get a job to save money to go to America, despite the school's strict
rules forbidding students having jobs. She develops a crush on Yami Yugi after he
rescues her from an escaped convict, but as time goes on, she realizes she has feelings
for both sides of Yugi. |
